POPOVERS

Another recipe from my friend Marie.  It is the best to have with any comfort food. Ingredients: 2 large eggs 1c milk 1c flour 1/2 tsp salt Directions: Mix well and pour evenly into a 6 cup muffin pan.  Place in oven and turn heat on 450.  Bake until puffed and browned well.

SHORTBREAD

Ingredients: 2 c butter room temp 1 c sugar 2 tsp vanilla 4 c flour Directions: Mix all together. Use a cookie press to make cookies or spread into cake pan and bake in preheated 350 oven for 10-12 min.

MAGIC CAKE
