1 can black beans
1 can yellow sweet corn
1 medium red ripe tomato, cut in chunks
½ c raw onions, finely chopped
1 avocado, cut in cubes
2 oz lime juice
1 t olive oil
4 T raw cilantro, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain beans and corn. Mix together.
Add onion, tomato and avocado. Season with lime juice, olive oil and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
