My neighbor Ralph’s wife passed away years ago. She always made Ralphie these cookies when he wanted them and would bring us over some. When she passed, I decided I would make those cookies for Ralphie at Christmas. Its the only time I make them too. A batch for Ralphie and a batch for us. They are only good fresh. And boy oh boy are they ever!
