I have fond memories of Richard’s Mom making these.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 C flour
1 ½ TBSP baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 17oz can cream style corn
1 egg
Directions:
Mix all together.
Heat 1 C oil in pan. Drop batter by Tbsp in oil and fry 2 minutes each side until brown. Drain on paper towel.
