1½ lb ground beef
1 lb asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
4 green onions, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
Stir in asparagus, carrots, green onions and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes.
Stir in basil.
