3 cups penne pasta
4 cups broccoli florets
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 

1 pkg. (7.5 oz) ham, chopped


Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min of the pasta cooking time. Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Stir in flour; cook and stir 2 min. or until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk; bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheeses; cook and stir 2 to 3 min or until melted.

Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce and ham; spoon into 2- qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min or until heated through.
