MA BEDNER’S CORN FRITTERS

I have fond memories of Richard’s Mom making these.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 c flour
1 1/2 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 17oz can cream style corn
I egg

Directions:

Mix all together.

Heat 1 c oil in pan. Drop batter by Tbsp in oil and fry 2 minutes each side until brown. Drain on paper towel.
