Ingredients
- 3 cups penne pasta
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) Ham, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min. of the pasta cooking time.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Stir in flour; cook and stir 2 min. or until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk; bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add cheeses; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
- Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce and ham; spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
