TERI’S GEMELLI PASTA BAKE

I baked this just the other day and it was sooo good. I don’t want to lose this recipe!

Ingredients:

3/4 chopped green pepper I used a pad of small sweet peppers I needed to use up and chopped them to equal 3/4 c
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
Cook all together then add:
2 jars of good spaghetti sauce( I used 2 qts of my home made spaghetti sauce add:
2 pkg spaghetti seasoning mix of choice

Directions:

Cook one box of gemelli pasta al dente; drain and rinse to stop cooking.
Grease 13×9 pan. Layer sauce, half noodles (drained), half pkg of shreddded cheddar; repeat. Top with 1 pkg shredded cheddar and a half pkg of shredded parmesan. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and or parsley.
Bake 35-45 min and serve. Best with garlic bread 😉
