TERI’S EASY LOW-SUGAR SELF-CRUST CUSTARD PIE

Being a diabetic I am always looking to find low sugar tastee treats without all the carbs. Found this one – totally awesome and my family loves it!

Ingredients:

1/4 c soft butter
2 c milk
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c Splenda
1/2 c flour
1 pinch salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix well about 45 seconds. Pour into buttered 9″pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake 350 for about 45 minutes until set. Makes its own crust.
