I have made this for gatherings and it is truly a hit with my homegrown chicken.
1 whole chicken cut up or 4 chicken breasts
1 cup dry bread crumbs (I use garlic and herb flavored)
1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/3 cup butter, melted
Place chicken in large resealable bag: add buttermilk. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
In another plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
When ready to bake, drain chicken. Place chicken in crumb mixture and shake. Remove from bag and arrange in prepared baking
Drizzle lemon juice and butter on top of chicken and bake uncovered at 350 for 40-50 min or until juices run clear.
