I’ve never been able to make pie crust so when I saw this in a past Penzy’s catalog I had to try it. SUCCESS!
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1c vegetable oil
1/3 c milk
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently to combine.
Divide in half. Place each half in 9″ pie pan. Pat out evenly and up sides of pan. Prick each crust to prevent bubbling during baking. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 15 minutes. Remove cool and fill.
