CRISPY THAI BEEF SALAD

This makes 2 big dinner salads.

Dressing:

6 Tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
½  tsp sugar substitute or sugar
Few shakes of crushed red peppers

Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Salad Ingredients:

2 carrots
Broccoli Slaw
1 onion (chopped)
1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)

Mix all ingredients together along with the dressing.  Stir well and let sit.

Steak:

Salt and pepper 1 lb of steak. Broil to desired wellness. Let steak rest 5 min on cutting board before slicing. While steak rests toast a desired amount if sesame seeds (I do this at high heat in a fry pan with a touch of sesame oil).  Slice steak.

Time to plate….place a good handful of mixed greens on plate. I top those with fresh snap peas too. Put steak on greens. Divide dressing veggie mixture between 2 plates topping steak and greens. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
